Idaho Meth Project still needs $1 million to start

BOISE, Idaho (AP) - The Idaho Hospital Association today donated $100,000 to the Idaho Meth Project.
Doug Crabtree, chairman-elect of the Idaho Hospital Association, says hospitals are aware of the meth problem because workers see it every day in hospitals.
Megan Ronk, executive director of the project, says another $1 million is needed before the project can begin its statewide ad campaign depicting the negative effects of the illegal drug.
She says the campaign could start early in 2008.
